Lindy Hop
Join us for a fun and friendly introduction to Lindy Hop, the original swing dance from the 1930s and ’40s. Whether you’re flying solo or bringing a partner, this beginner class will have you moving to the rhythm in no time!
Lindy Hop is joyful, energetic, and all about connection – with the music, your partner, and the community. It combines jazz movement, partnered dancing, and a whole lot of fun.
In this class, we will start with the basic moves and stylings. You can join whether you have prior dance experience or none at all.
Already Tried a Beginner Class? Not quite ready for Level 2? No problem!
We focus on strong fundamentals, clean technique, and developing your individual style – so returning dancers will build on what they know and become more confident, musical, and expressive dancers.
What to Bring: Comfortable shoes, A water bottle, Maybe an extra T-shirt – you might break a sweat!

Intermediate
Level 2
Ready to take your Lindy Hop to the next level?
Our Intermediate class is designed for dancers who already know the basics — swing outs, circles, and Charleston etc. — and want to refine their technique, musicality, and connection.
In this class, we’ll dive deeper into rhythm variations, styling, and partner communication. You’ll learn new patterns, explore creative footwork, and discover how to make your dancing feel more dynamic and expressive.
How do I know, if I’m ready for this level?
If you’re not sure whether this is the right class for you, you can always ask a teacher beforehand, and they will guide you to the appropriate level.

The Lab
Level 3
At this stage, the focus moves beyond learning to exploring ideas, sharing inspiration, and developing your own voice within the dance. This level emphasizes collaboration and the exchange of advanced concepts, creating a space for growth, creativity, and pushing the boundaries of your dance. There are no official teachers “on duty” at this level, and we expect the dancers to cooperate and help each other.
If you’re unsure whether this level is right for you, reflect on whether you’re ready for a more self-directed and exploratory approach to learning.
We start with a warm-up together at 18:30. After that, we talk about the wishes and plans for the Lab that specific day and divide into groups if necessary. If there are more than two people in a group, we rotate partners after each song—unless something else is decided.
The Lab is free for students.
